삭제 도움이 필요하거나 기존 문의 이메일의 삭제를 요청하려면 아래 이메일로 앱 이름과 삭제를 원하는 범위를 알려 주세요. 장부 파일, 비밀번호, 인증번호는 보내지 마세요.

요청에 포함할 정보

앱 이름과 삭제할 데이터 범위를 알려 주세요. 회원가입 기능을 이용한 경우 가입 이메일 또는 계정 식별자를 적고, 관련 문의 이력이 있다면 문의 날짜를 함께 알려 주세요. 비밀번호·인증번호·장부 전체는 보내지 마세요.

접수 확인 및 안내는 영업일 기준 2~3일 내 답변드립니다. 실제 삭제 완료 기한과 보존 예외는 아래 요청 처리 안내의 확인 필요 항목으로 유지합니다.

Request deletion assistance

To request deletion help or removal of support correspondence, email the address below using the email link below. Describe the scope of your request; do not send your ledger, password, or verification codes.

Information to include

Include the app name and the scope of data to delete. If you used an account registration feature, provide the registered email or account identifier. For previous support correspondence, include the inquiry date. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or your full ledger.

We respond with acknowledgment and guidance within 2–3 business days. The actual deletion completion deadline and retention exceptions remain subject to confirmation in the request-handling section below.
